Wednesday is programmed as a rest day but i missed my AM session on Tuesday so had to catch up.

Airdyne 30:30 x24
5 min rest between 12-13

227 cals first 12, 217 cals second set.
Held 80+rpm for the 30s on and 50rpm for the 30s off for both sets.
