I was struggeling to maintain my lumbar curve, my back is in bit from Diane on Monday. I cut my session short and ended it here. Worked on my back with the foam roller and the peanut. Hopefully it'll be feeling a bit better tomorrow so i can get a WOD in.

Power Snatch Galore
Power Snatch 1-1-1-1-1
50, 60, 65, 70xx, 70, 72.5xxx
Lost both fails at 70kg forward, and all three attempts at 72.5kg ended up as squat snatches. I then loaded the bar up with 80kg (bodyweight) and went for a new 1rm squat snath PB. After watching some footage of the lift i've noticed i'm jumping forward alot, this is something i am going to need to address.

I think the way i broke it last time on the 07/02/12 was smarter in regards to the deadlifts. I was feeling pretty taxed already from a long weekend on my Level 1 Cert, but a PB is a PB at the end of the day.
