Back Squat

I was struggeling to maintain my lumbar curve, my back is in bit from Diane on Monday. I cut my session short and ended it here. Worked on my back with the foam roller and the peanut. Hopefully it'll be feeling a bit better tomorrow so i can get a WOD in.
