10 Snatch - 60kg

Forgot it was hand release until i had finished, the push ups made the snatch really tough. Failed the first 3 reps, tight chest from the push ups and a really stiff lower back from the deadlifts didn't help. It's all money in the bank though. Full rest day tomorrow.
