28.03.2014 - Back Squats, Open Prep & AD

A. Back squat @30X1; 2-2-2-2; rest as needed
120, 130, 140, 150

thrusters @43kg
bar facing burpees

Did this with Ports in a 'i go you go' fashion

Again did this with Ports, kept the RPM at around 80 for all 4 intervals.
