5 Rounds for time:
  • 20 Back Squats - 30kg
  • 15 Double Unders
  • 10 H/R Press ups
6.20 Rxd

 Spicy on the old quadraceps! All sets off squats unbroken apart from a slight breather for a 3 count at rep 10 on set 5. Double unders all unbroken apart from a trip in set 3.
