Really pleased with a new PR of 70kg, next goal is a bodyweight snatch (80kg). The first fail at 72.5 i had the pull i just did't comit to getting under the bar. The next two attempts i let the bar get away from my body and lost it out front.

This is the 1st time i have benched since i stopped training in the rugby club gym. I performed a 1rm test to get a starting percentage for the Grey Skull strength template.
