New 3rm PR on deadlift, think i had a little more in me. Once im finished working away in Birmingham i'm going to hit up Grey Skull Strength again.
Bar Complex
5 rounds not for time:
Strict pull up - kipping pull up - muscle up - backward roll
Each round must be unbroken or it's a no rep and must be started again.
First time doing bar muscle ups so it was a pretty fun little complex

This is a huge improvement a few weeks ago it took me around the same time to do 30.
