Beach WOD

Today a group of around 20 from the gym went to Saltburn to do a workout on the beach.

WOD 20 minute partner AMRAP
  • 50m run
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 10 Hand release Press ups
  • 15m walking lunge
  • 15m Bear Crawl
  • 20m Sprint
16 rds + 7 squats - Working with Rob 'van dam' Duckworth.
