Power Snatches & 12 Minute AMRAP

BB Gymnastics Volume
EMOTM 5 power snatches for 5 minutes
EMOTM 3 power snatches for 5 minutes
Every 30 seconds 1 power snatches for 5 minutes
EMOTM 5 power snatches for 5 minutes - with the same weight as first set

50kg all touch and go
55kg all touch and go
60kg
50kg all touch and go

Felt comfortable, will up the weight next time.

Conditioning
12 minute AMRAP
4 Squat cleans - 60kg
8 Box jumps - 24"
12 Abmat sit ups

13 + 8

All squat cleans unbroken touch and go.
