Went a little to heavy i think, started to lose my form after round 6. Will drop the weight back to 120kg next week.

Turkish get up L/R
12, 16, 20, 24kg

All of these were PB's i've never done them properly before.

In even teams (max number 6) complete 2 Rounds of the following:

Work 1 minute per station for maximum reps

■Row for Calories
■Burpees
■Tyre Flips
■Ball Slams
■Deadlifts @ 45kg/70kg
■Static Lunges
Rest 1 minute between the 2 rounds
