Felt really solid on this complex today, no misses and felt fast.

Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk - 1x15 every 90s, start at 80% then build

Failed the jerk twice and lost my grip going for the hang clean on the third at 110kg.

Tripped at 26 on my second round of double unders, all HSPU unbroken. I could speed up on the ball slams if i was to repeat the workout.
