1 reps more than last week with 2.5kg more.

2) Press

jumped up 5kg by accident thought i had done 45kg last week, turns out it was only 40kg.

3) Conditioning

3 RFT:
400m run
30 H/R push ups
15 Pull ups

All pull ups unbroken.
